I'm not sure what all the outrage is about. The DWP needed to drain the resevoir. So what. You don't like it. Too bad. Reservoirs are a huge waste of water. I can't even believe that during this time of drought, there are people demanding the reservoir be refilled. Why? Because you like looking at it. I don't care what you like looking at. I care about water, and you don't.
